Hello All!
I have always been a sucker for sweet things. I can eat candy after candy. How do most people only eat a few pieces a day instead of the whole candy bar? My cravings for sweets/junk food are too much.
Anyone have any suggestions on how I can ditch some of my cravings. I need HEALTHY suggestions…. I mean nothing “disordered.” I have an unhealthy relationship with food/calorie talk as it is.

Agreed, and there are cravings that can't be satisfied. Plan ahead for that. I have a weakness for Caramilk Twirl, so I will restrict all carbs and sugar in the lead up to the sugar hit cheat. And I get the King Size pack
